Nettie is a Mental Health Associate with 33 years of experience in the psychiatric field, 25 of which were at Brookwood Medical Center. Nettie is fundamental to ACED, assisting in the center's most critical facets like meal times, group therapy, weekly team meetings, patient interactions, and joint-commission compliance.

Her tireless work is noted by colleagues, as Nettie has twice been named Employee of the Month and once Most Valuable Mental Health Associate of the Year. 

"Nettie is the glue that holds us together," says one ACED staff member.

Nettie devotes free time to her church, grandchildren, and children, one of whom is a Marine.
