Sometimes You Need More

We offer Partial Hospitalization Programming, (PHP) to those clients who are medically stable but require daily structured interventions and support. PHP offers treatment for client’s who may not require 24/7 support but do require at least 6 or more hours of treatment per day up to 6 days per week to sustain the recovery process or to prevent further decline and require a higher level of care.

The Intensive PHP at ACED mirrors that of many residential programs in terms of scheduled program hours. Many clients find they may not have residential benefits with their insurance. The intensive treatment of PHP can provide the additional support necessary to regain functioning and return to a lower level of care.

PHP may function as a step down from a higher level of care such as inpatient or residential or a step up from a lower level of care such as iIntensive outpatient or outpatient. PHP at ACED may include at a minimum:

  • 6-12 hours per day up to 6 days a week

  • Individualized Recovery Plan

  • All meals and snacks

  • Individual Therapy

  • Meeting with Dietitian

  • Nursing and Medical Care

  • Expressive Arts Therapies

  • Experiential Therapies

  • Groups

  • Adjunctive Experiences

  • Transitional Assistance

  • Recovery Challenges

  • Housing Available

I’m a strong person. But every now and then I need someone to hold my hand and tell me it will be okay
